Investigators have previously established that Soldatenkov, together with the head of VNR LLC, Alexei Manankin, deceived the founders of VNR and RKS-HP companies and stole more than 100 million rubles. This money was allocated from the federal treasury for reconstruction work in the new regions of Russia.
In addition, investigators suggest that Soldatenkov tried to legalize about 21.7 million rubles.

Earlier, Alexey Manankin, the head of the VNR society, was arrested in the Siberian capital. The founders of the enterprise are joint-stock companies "Corporation for the Development of the Novosibirsk Region" and "Agency for the Development of Housing Construction of the Novosibirsk region," reports RBC.
