Thus, the need of companies for IT specialists at the senior and middle levels is estimated at 42 and 39%, respectively. 19% of SME organizations are interested in beginning specialists or junior.
Programmers working in 1C with Python and JavaScript are in the greatest demand — 34, 23 and 16%, respectively. Salaries of IT specialists, depending on their experience, amount to 130, 270 and 370 thousand rubles per month.
Recall that at the end of June it was reported that remuneration for IT specialists in the Russian Federation increased by 18%. The average salary level of experts in this field has reached 131,200 rubles.
