The Government will support projects that will be implemented between 2025 and 2027. Subsidies for the construction of modular hotels are popular among investors and regions. They help to create an easy tourist infrastructure, including glamping. Such accommodation facilities are quickly built and pay for themselves. In addition, glamping is environmentally friendly and can be placed near natural sites where capital buildings cannot be built. The competition for subsidies is conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

According to Deputy head of the department Dmitry Vakhrukov, this year preference will be given to hotels near tourist routes. This will help to develop the infrastructure for comfortable car travel.
Subsidies will be allocated in the amount of up to one and a half million rubles for one modular structure, but not more than half of the cost of the entire investment project. The financing will cover the costs of purchasing and installing ready-made modular factory-made facilities.

Recall that in the Nizhny Novgorod region, more than one billion rubles have been allocated for social contracts for 2025.
