Today, the city owns 351 billion rubles worth of movable and immovable property. There are 658 municipal institutions, 542 educational facilities, 20 sports facilities, 50 cultural facilities and 5 youth political organizations in Kazan.
In 2024, 121 real estate objects were accepted into the city treasury. Their area was 38,000 square meters. Also, 188 engineering infrastructure facilities and 9600 units of movable property were received on the balance sheet. 160 real estate objects, 9,000 units of movable property and 136 engineering facilities were eliminated from the city treasury, the press service of the Kazan Administration said.
