New business spaces with an area of 5,700 square meters will be able to accommodate more than 1,000 people. There are currently 62 flexible offices in St. Petersburg with a total area of 68,600 "squares". They are designed for 11,600 visitors.
Flexible offices occupy less than 2% of the urban market of high-quality office real estate. Since the beginning of the year, 5 new network projects for 1,183 people have entered the market. In 2024, the average cost of renting a fixed workplace increased by 15%, and an unfixed one - by 18%, reports TASS.
