The Arbitration Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the claim of the Russian Ministry of Defense to overturn the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court on the partial recovery of 1.27 billion rubles from the Voronezh Concern Constellation JSC.
At the end of last year, the Ministry of Defense filed a lawsuit against the company. He was partially satisfied in July 2024. The meeting was closed, the details were not disclosed.

Also at the end of 2023, the Ministry of Defense tried to sue the concern for 20.1 million rubles and 162.9 thousand rubles. The first claim was refused twice, and the second claim was refused twice, and the case will be reviewed again in November.
In the summer, the ministry went to court again, demanding 22 million rubles from Constellation. Details are also not disclosed. The meetings will be held in December and January, Kommersant reports.
