Among the applicants are residents of the United States, China, Iran and several other countries. According to the information of the Ministry of Economic Development, referred to by RBC, 23 applications out of the total number have already been approved.

Representatives of 14 countries participate in the program: China, USA, Turkey, Germany, South Korea, Georgia, Serbia, Algeria, Israel, Iran, Croatia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. The largest number of applications was received in 2023 - 24 applications. The number of them decreased to 14 in 2024, and 2 applications have been submitted this year.
Most of the applicants have invested more than 30 million rubles in Russian enterprises. Thanks to this program, the state's economy has attracted 2.66 billion rubles.
