The number of recipients of support has increased by more than 24 thousand. Nevertheless, the total amount of funds raised was 9% lower than in the first 9 months of 2023. As a reason for the high demand for bank guarantees, as well as a decrease in the amount of loans issued in terms of the ruble of the state guarantee, experts call the tightening of banks' requirements for collateral "in conditions of increased risks."

The largest volume of guarantees was provided to enterprises in the field of trade and manufacturing industry. About half of all funds under state support programs came from umbrella guarantees, which cover about 50% of the loan. Most often, companies direct the amounts received to increase working capital, investment expenses and development.
