Payments and transfers without commission. Open a business account" (quote from the commercial). The ministry stressed that the legal requirements for advertising banking services were not met, as the text of the footnote with detailed terms of service was presented in a difficult-to-understand way and was shown too briefly on the air.

Also, according to the FAS, incorrect comparisons were used in the advertisement and there was no information about the essential terms of payments and transfers without commission. This, in turn, could mislead consumers.
