BEAC has resumed issuing loans under the Family Mortgage program

On December 16, 2024, Sberbank began to issue loans again under the subsidized Family Mortgage program. The amount of the minimum initial payment for the facilities of some developers and when paying the commission by developers is set at 20.1% of the total price of housing. In other cases, the initial payment amount will be 50.1%.
