By 2030, the Russian Federation will allocate over 17 trillion rubles for the modernization of transport
February 26th. /MEDIA TALK/. Within the framework of two national projects – "Efficient Transport system" and "Infrastructure for Life", the authorities plan to invest over 17 trillion rubles in the development of the transport industry.

The funds will be allocated between 2025 and 2030. This was announced to TASS by First Deputy Minister of Transport Valentin Ivanov.

7.8 trillion rubles will be allocated to work on improving the transport infrastructure. As Ivanov emphasized, the bulk of the funds, 6.8 trillion rubles, will be provided by private investors and other sources, and not from the state budget.

Earlier, we reported that the Russian Railways investment program for 2025 will exceed 900 billion rubles, most of these funds will be directed to the development and modernization of infrastructure.
