Companies did not increase the amount of social benefits to employees in 2024

The number of companies offering VMI to their employees in 2024 remained at the level of 2023. Experts believe that this may indicate that most company owners consider the social package to be less attractive to an employee than a high salary level.

The study involved 275 companies and 1,300 employees. It is noted that VMI is the main element of corporate support programs, 43% of the surveyed companies have it. Other services offered by employers are psychological assistance and in-house training. About 22% of employers provide psychological counseling from the company and about half implement mentoring and mentoring programs.

According to Rosstat, the average salary in September 2024 in Russia amounted to 84324 rubles, in September 2023 it was equal to 70922 rubles. Thus, the annual increase was almost 20%. We recently told you that 90% of Russian employers have reviewed employee salaries over the past year.
