DOM.RF: In October, the mortgage market grew by 3%

In October 2024, 35 thousand loans worth 205 billion rubles were issued under state-supported programs, including more than 31 thousand loans worth 181 billion rubles for Family mortgages. In the company of DOM.The Russian Federation stressed that the level of issuance of family mortgages is comparable to the results of 2023.

According to the data of the United Credit Bureau, which RBC cites today, the average amount of a mortgage loan under state programs is now 5.71 million rubles.
