The draft law is designed to ensure the reliability and quality of goods manufactured according to manufacturers' standards and specifications. It assumes the need to comply with the standards of SRT / TU (standards of organizations and technical specifications) for manufacturers in the event that they officially declare the conformity of their products to these standards.

To do this, companies will need to undergo mandatory registration of goods marked with the SRT/TU conformity mark in the Federal Information Standards Fund. Currently, the registration procedure is carried out at the request of the participants.
