Fewer foreign beers will be imported to Russia due to duties
February 22nd. /MEDIA TALK/. Russian companies will import less foreign beer produced in unfriendly countries into the country. This is due, among other things, to the increase in customs duties. Imported foam drinks will be replaced with domestic products.

An expert from the Analytical Credit Rating Agency ACRA said that last year more than 95% of beer sales were made up of domestic products. Since the beginning of 2025, the duty on drinks from unfriendly countries has been increased 10 times. This will have a negative impact on further beer imports. It will be replaced mainly by Russian products.
