Zadornov himself wrote a letter of resignation from Otkritie in December 2022 and does not hold senior positions in the financial sector of the Russian Federation, nor is he associated with the state authorities, his lawsuit says.
Zadornov's lawyers, the Ministry of Finance and the US State Department did not respond to Vedomosti's requests.
