The Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Ministry of Transport have sent recommendations to 15 air carriers to develop pricing strategies, including Pobeda, Aeroflot, Ural Airlines, NordWind, Smartavia, UTair and others.
Two companies have already reported on meeting the requirements, stating that the percentage of tickets priced below the economically justified rate will be at least 60%, while the percentage of tickets at the maximum rate will be less than 2.5%. To date, there is no legislative provision that limits the upper limit on the cost of air travel.
