According to Vedomosti, referring to the company's employees, the organization is going to reduce from one third to one half of the staff, depending on the specific structure of the company. Ordinary employees are offered to leave their jobs by mutual agreement with the payment of a three–month salary, while managing positions are offered five to seven salaries with the provision of medical insurance for one month after leaving.
