In the near future, the limit on preferential programs is set for 2025. The 5-year limit will be calculated based on the results of the 2024 issue. In case of adoption of the new norm, the funds of state support in banks will be able to run out only with the full exhaustion of the limits of the corresponding preferential program.
We add that for the next three years, the federal budget has allocated funds in the amount of 1 trillion 449.4 billion rubles to support preferential housing lending programs. The Family Mortgage program was extended this summer until 2030.
