The development company bought the property put up for sale by DOM.RF Corporation for an amount exceeding the originally proposed price of 1.135 billion rubles instead of the initial 1.05 billion. 3.9 hectares of land and buildings with a total area of 41.2 thousand square meters, including objects with cultural heritage status, became the property of the organization.

Sergey Yaroshenko, CEO of KVS Group, emphasized that Kresty is a significant place not only for St. Petersburg, but for the whole country. The company plans to create a unique space on this territory, combining culture, heritage and modernity. There will be a museum, a hotel complex with restaurants and galleries.
According to experts, the preliminary investment in the project will amount to about 10 billion rubles. However, with proper implementation of the concept, the project promises to be economically successful and pay off quickly.
