Lada cars will not go up in price until the end of the year

November 22nd. /MEDIA TALK/. AvtoVAZ will not raise prices for Lada cars until the end of 2024. Izvestia writes about this today with reference to the company's press service. The company also plans to keep prices for the Lada Vesta model in January 2025.

According to the publication, on the sidelines of the forum "Transport of Russia", the head of AvtoVAZ Maxim Sokolov spoke about the planned indexation of the cost of the entire Lada car line. Prices are expected to rise by 4.3%, below the inflation rate. Sokolov stressed that this is the merit of domestic suppliers of the component base, whose prices make it possible to restrain the growth of the carmaker's final products.
