In other regions - Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia—Alania, Ingushetia, Chechnya, Dagestan, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, the DPR and the LPR, mining is proposed to be banned completely from December 1, 2024 to March 15, 2031.

We have already talked about the plans of the Ministry of Energy to limit mining in some regions of Russia due to a shortage of electricity.
