Putin: debt on loans to legal entities in Russia increased by 10.6 trillion rubles
October 28th. /MEDIA TALK/. On Monday, October 28, it became known that in January-September 2024, the debt on loans to legal entities in Russia increased by 10.6 trillion rubles. This was stated by President Vladimir Putin at a meeting on economic issues.

The Russian leader noted that it is necessary to balance this indicator, since the pace of corporate loan processing is high. At the same time, the segment continues to grow, he stressed. Putin added that since the beginning of this year, the debt on loans to legal entities has increased by more than 14%.

The head of the Russian Federation asked the head of the Central Bank, Elvira Nabiullina, to comment on these figures, after which the meeting continued behind closed doors.

Recall that today Vladimir Putin also said that the country's economy is growing despite the slowdown in GDP. The President added that by the end of the year, the indicator is expected to reach 3.9%, which is higher than global values.
