SLB, the largest oilfield services company, may be forced to leave Russia
January 14th. /MEDIA TALK/. The world's largest American oil service company SLB (formerly known as Schlumberger) may leave Russia. This information was published today by the Financial Times.

US Democratic Congressmen Lloyd Doggett and Jake Auchincloss told the publication that SLB must leave Russia, otherwise it may face the risk of violating restrictive measures imposed by Washington against the Russian oil and gas industry. Lawyers note the likelihood of legal difficulties for SLB if it continues its activities in Russia.
