Small and medium-sized companies have received more than 4.6 billion rubles under preferential leasing programs
January 29th. /MEDIA TALK/. In 2024, SMEs managed to attract over 4.6 billion rubles of concessional financing for the purchase and modernization of production equipment on lease. The operator of this program is a branch of the SME Corporation, JSC "SME Leasing".

The amount of allocated subsidies has almost doubled compared to 2023. The number of participants in the program in 2024 increased by 80% to 391 companies.

More than half of the amount of subsidies for preferential leasing was allocated to organizations working in the field of mechanical engineering and metalworking. Representatives of the chemical and food industries received 12%, respectively, light industry – 7%, and printing – 5%. Among the leaders in the amount of financial assistance provided to businessmen were the Moscow Region (12.8%), St. Petersburg (6.3%), Kaluga Region (5.2%), as well as the Sverdlovsk and Tver regions, each of which received 4%.

In 2025, the SME Corporation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade will launch a program of subsidized loans for investment purposes and replenishment of working capital.
