It is proposed to supplement the relevant article of the Labor Code with a provision on the admissibility of hiring, which falls into the list, persons from the age of 16. It is noted that at the same time it is necessary to create safe working conditions and obtain a positive conclusion from the state examination of working conditions and the state Sanitary and Epidemiological supervision service of the subject of the Russian Federation. It is emphasized that the current restrictions on hiring people over the age of 18 to work in heavy industries do not take into account the large-scale modernization of capacities at enterprises carried out in recent years.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade believes that such changes will have a positive impact on the labor market and on the work of enterprises themselves. For example, college students will be able to complete a paid internship, and businesses will receive additional "workers".
