Residents of the Leningrad Region will have to add 7,232,285 rubles, Sevastopol – 6,931,237 rubles, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District – 5,979,204 rubles and Dagestan – 5,837,215 rubles. Prices for private homes in Moscow and St. Petersburg are the highest in the country, so the difference here will be positive.
