Rosstat published statistics for September, according to which the average salary in September amounted to 84.3 thousand rubles, an increase of 17.8% compared to September 2023. According to RIA analysts, taking into account inflation, real earnings growth in the country amounted to 8.4%.

Wage growth rates are unevenly distributed across regions. The largest increase in salaries was noted by specialists in Tatarstan, where the incomes of residents increased by 21.8% in the first 9 months of this year, to 82.3 thousand rubles. In the Kurgan region, they began to pay 21.9% more, on average 66 thousand rubles, in the Orenburg region - 21.1% more, the average figure was 67.1 thousand rubles.
High rates are also in Chelyabinsk (70.8 thousand rubles), Tula (72.4 thousand rubles), Kostroma (56.8 thousand rubles), Astrakhan (61.1 thousand rubles) and Penza regions (60.3 thousand rubles), Udmurtia (66.4 thousand rubles) and Mari El (61.3 thousand rubles).
The largest dynamics of wage growth was recorded in the manufacturing and trade sectors. Working specialties remain the most in demand in conditions of personnel shortage.
