The Blue Ghost will spend 25 days in low-Earth orbit, and then begin a four-day transfer to lunar orbit, where it will remain for another 16 days before attempting to land in the Seas of Crises in the northeastern part of the Moon's visible hemisphere. Resilience will reach the Moon via an energy-efficient path and will appear there later than Blue Ghost.

If the expedition is successful, the spacecraft will land in the Lunar Sea of Cold in the northern part of the lunar hemisphere in about four and a half months. The landing of the Blue Ghost is scheduled for March 2, 2025.
