As of December 28, 2024, the number of completed agreements under the program exceeds 2.7 million, and the amount of funds raised in the program amounted to more than 196 billion rubles, including the estimated amount of co-financing and applications for the transfer of pension savings to the PDS.

The possibility of a more accurate assessment of the program's results for 2024 will appear no earlier than August 2025, after the transfer of funds from the funded part of pensions and the transfer of co-financing from the state.

The initiative came into force in January 2024. The program participants create a financial reserve by investing funds into a savings account in one of the non-governmental pension funds. The system assumes state support for personal deposits of citizens in the amount of up to 36 thousand rubles per year for three years after their joining the program, as well as the possibility of tax deduction of up to 52 thousand rubles annually. At the start of the program, the Central Bank stated that it plans to attract at least 9 million people to it.
