The total capitalization of the organization exceeded 114 billion dollars. Thus, Tether has become the third largest crypto asset company after Bitcoin and Ethereum.

The earnings of six months in 2024 became a record for the issuer of the largest stablecoin.

Note that Tether issues several cryptocurrency tokens, the exchange rate of which is linked to any asset - USDT (to the US dollar), EURT (to the euro) and others.

Recall that last Tuesday it was reported that the Central Bank of the Russian Federation plans to conduct the first cross-border crypto payments by the end of 2024. The first calculations will be carried out in an experimental legal mode.
