The media added that the purchase of fertilizers from the Russian Federation turned out to be more profitable for Europe than the production of substances for soil and plants. The reason for the high cost of own products in the EU was expensive gas.
Recall that in mid-May it was reported that Russia supplied America with a record amount of fertilizers. So, in March, the United States purchased minerals from the Russian Federation in the amount of almost 175 million dollars.
