January 20th. /MEDIA TALK/. Chief Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Japan Yoshimasa Hayashi announced that Russia has suspended an agreement with the Japanese government on the work of the Japanese Center, an organization providing educational services for learning the Japanese language in Russia.
