Federal budget expenditures for 11 months amounted to 33,039 billion rubles, which is 23.7% higher than last year's level. Thus, the budget deficit turned out to be 389 billion rubles, or 0.2% of GDP. This is almost half the figure of 2023, when the deficit was 748 billion, or 0.4% of GDP.
