Lukoil proposed to allocate an investment supplement to the reverse excise tax on oil for the construction of new diesel fuel dewaxing and hydroisomerization of oil fractions at the enterprise. It is expected that after this, the annual output of diesel at the plant will amount to 1.2 million tons, and oil — 200 thousand tons.

At the same time, the government of the Russian Federation has already extended until 2030 the deadline for receiving the current surcharge to the reverse excise tax for oil plants implementing previously approved modernization projects.

Recall that at the end of June it was reported that domestic refineries could dramatically increase the pace of hydrocarbon processing. The media cited the completion of the repair of the primary oil refining unit at the Nizhny Novgorod plant, the restart of AVT-6 at the Syzran refinery, etc. as the reasons.
