According to the United Credit Bureau, financial institutions have provided 60,740 mortgage loans in the amount of 260.22 billion rubles. In December 2023, banks provided 188.72 thousand housing loans in the amount of 855.05 billion rubles. Statistics are provided by TASS.
The average amount of housing loans decreased by 5% and amounted to 4 million 280 thousand rubles in December 2024. On average, the term of mortgage loans was reduced by 11 months: in December 2023 it was 273 months (22 years and 9 months), then in December 2024 it was already 262 months (21 years and 10 months).
