The OECD has improved Russia's GDP growth forecast

September 25th. /MEDIA TALK/.On Wednesday, September 25, it became known that the OECD improved the forecast for Russia's GDP growth in 2024-2025 from 2.6 and 1 to 3.7 and 1.1%, respectively. This follows from the report of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

The forecast for inflation in the Russian Federation was also revised — from 7.4 to 7.8% in 2024 and from 4.7 to 5.5% next year.

Recall that at the end of August it was reported that Russia's GDP grew by 4.6% in January-June. The volume of industrial production in six months showed +4.4%, manufacturing industries added 8%.
