The Olivier index in Russia increased by 10%

This year, on average in the country, the most popular set of products with boiled sausage for making salad "Olivier" shows an increase in prices slightly exceeding the annual inflation rate. Its cost increased by 10.17% to 225 rubles 66 kopecks. The price is based on the weight of a salad serving of 800 grams. According to the information of the Center for Strategic Research, which is cited by RIA Novosti, the most affordable option will be cooking this dish in the Lipetsk region, while the highest price awaits residents of Chukotka.

In the Lipetsk region and Mordovia, the most affordable salad "Olivier" will cost about 179 and 180 rubles, respectively, whereas in Chukotka its cost will be about 524 rubles. The most expensive option will be the salad "Olivier" with red fish, the cost of which will average 654.53 rubles in Russia, which exceeds last year's figure by 9.17%.
