Krasnov stressed that the Prosecutor's office, in cooperation with other government agencies, ensures the creation of favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurial activity in Russia. In 2024, about 47 thousand inspections were carried out. The head of the Prosecutor's Office focused on the need to distinguish between business and government agencies and control bodies in order to prevent corruption.

On December 17, the State Duma adopted in the third reading a law restricting regular inspections of businesses, with the exception of enterprises with high and extremely high risk categories. We wrote about this in more detail.
