According to ATOR, 88% of all trips by Russian tourists last year were made to the six most sought-after countries. Turkey turned out to be the undisputed favorite among Russian travelers, which was visited by 38.5% of tourists from Russia (over 6.7 million trips). This is followed by the UAE, China and Thailand, each of which attracts over 10% of tourists, as well as Abkhazia and Egypt.
