The turnover of crowdlanding platforms increased to 2.24 billion rubles in October
November 14th. /MEDIA TALK/. According to the Association of Investment Platform Operators cited by Kommersant today, the crowdlanding market showed growth compared to September and reached 2.24 billion rubles. At the same time, the indicator is still lower than last year, when the market volume amounted to 2.45 billion rubles. Experts note the tightening of the placement conditions - the terms have decreased, and the rates have increased. On average, they range from 30 to 40% on platforms today. Also, crowdfunding platforms have become more careful in assessing borrowers.

Crowdlanding is used to attract investments (often in startups). There are currently 93 operators of such platforms in the Central Bank's register. According to Kommersant, this market is now divided between four main players: JetLend, Potok, Lender Invest and Vdelo.

As the publication notes, the clients of investment platforms are mainly small businesses in the service and trade sectors. The average loan term is 3-12 months. Another factor influencing the decline in market volumes was the increased interest of investors in other financial instruments - deposits and bonds.

We wrote about the decline in interest in investing in real estate in early October.
