If concessional loans for SMEs are canceled, then budget expenditures will be limited only to continuing financing of loans already issued. 150 billion rubles will be needed for these purposes.
If the program is maintained, spending on it will amount to 370 billion, of which 220 will be directed to new loans worth about two trillion rubles.
Recall that last Friday the Central Bank raised the key rate to 18%. The regulator also revised the inflation forecast for the current year, as a result, the expected level increased to 6.5-7%.
