Vladimir Putin instructed to finalize concessional lending programs for businesses

As the head of state noted, it is necessary to focus on the implementation of projects aimed at achieving the country's technological independence and stimulating the development of the supply-side economy. It is necessary to study the distribution of risks from an increase in the key interest rate between banks, borrowers and the federal budget, as well as to inform citizens and companies more carefully about the possibility of using government-backed loans.

It is necessary to avoid cases when the demand for programs is high, while the limits on their implementation have been exhausted, the head of state stressed. The President also drew attention to the fact that the launch of new national projects should take place strictly from January 1, 2025, and separately noted the importance of supporting Russian companies when entering the stock market.
