It should be noted that applications for the exchange of Yandex shares were accepted from May 14 to June 21, as well as on June 27. The calculations were completed last week.
As a result, 680 thousand transactions took place on the Moscow Exchange, within the framework of which 42.4 million shares worth 180.3 billion rubles were exchanged. The same process took place on the St. Petersburg trading floor, where the result amounted to 1.42 million securities.
Recall that in mid-June, Law & Capital, on behalf of Yandex N.V. shareholders, asked the Central Bank to check the terms of the exchange of Yandex securities. Investors claimed that the Solid Management offer discriminated against investors.
