Yandex has launched an option that allows you to complain about the price of a taxi ride

20th of December. /MEDIA TALK/. A feature has become available in the Yandex Go app that allows you to complain about taxi fares. To do this, you must specify a specific reason for dissatisfaction in the application, whether it is the total cost of the trip or a price change due to traffic jams or increased demand.

To file a complaint, click on the ruble symbol in the upper-right corner of the screen after the fare and route are selected. Support service specialists will explain the details of cost formation and give recommendations on how to reduce costs during future orders. Yandex will analyze customer feedback to create new price control strategies in 2025.
