More than 45 billion rubles will be allocated for healthcare in the Vologda Region this year.
January 16. /MEDIA TALK/. The Minister of Health of the Vologda Region shared his plans for the coming year. In 2025, 45.1 billion rubles will be allocated to finance this area.

Hospitals and polyclinics in the region will purchase 10 units of "large" medical equipment. Vytegorskaya CRH will receive a CT scan, Velikiye Luki CRH will receive an angiograph, Vozhegodskaya and Vytegorskaya central district hospitals will receive X-ray machines. A mammograph will be purchased for Nikolskaya CRH, Kaduyskaya CRH, Severstal Medical Unit and Vologda Design Bureau No. 2 will receive endoscopic equipment. Ultrasound machines will be purchased for the Kaduyskaya CRH and the Vologda Regional Psychiatric Hospital.

Major repairs are also planned in 101 medical facilities. Design and estimate documents are already available for most of the facilities. Special attention will be paid to the overhaul of 12 medical and obstetric stations. In addition, 18 modular FAPs are planned to be installed.

Plans for 2025 include the acquisition of one "polyclinic on wheels" based on a KAMAZ vehicle and two mobile dental offices based on PAZ buses.

The Vologda Oblast Ministry of Health plans to attract 484 medical workers this year, including 198 doctors and 286 staff of secondary medical staff, the press service of the department said.
