The prosecutor appealed to the court to protect the interests of the participant of the SVO. He demanded to establish the fact of incorrect spelling of the letter in the man's surname. The court granted the request, after which the family was able to receive a social payment, the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory reported.
