A hearing was held in the Leninsky Court on the application sent by the environmental prosecutor's office. The document says it is necessary to oblige the Verkhne-Ob Basin Water Management and the Federal Agency for Water Resources to take measures to prevent the collapse of the shore. We are talking about the Novosibirsk reservoir. It is located in the SNT "Shumanka".
The regional prosecutor's office noted that the court had satisfied the claim.
As the locals point out, this story has been going on since 2022. Then the collapse of the shore began. The cottages of local residents may be under water.

The prosecutor's office explained the reasons.
"The collapse was caused by the impact of natural phenomena, the main of which is the wave effect of the reservoir, as well as the unorganized runoff of surface waters," the supervisory authority said in a statement.
The distance from the storage facility to nearby lands is no more than 23 meters, and in some cases, no more than a meter. The nearest building to the reservoir is located 20 meters away, the court found and recognized the inaction of the local authorities.
Now the Verkhne-Ob Water Management has a year to strengthen the coast. The Federal Agency for Water Resources will finance the work.
