The Prosecutor's office of Yakutia punished a contractor who disrupted the state contract for the construction of a hospital complex with 45 beds and a polyclinic for 104 visitors per shift in the village of Ust-May.

The work was carried out within the framework of the national project "Healthcare". According to the contract, the complex had to be commissioned in March 2024. The contractor, DSA Design Company LLC, did not fulfill the state contract on time, and therefore a criminal case was opened against the head of the organization.
The head of the enterprise was fined 99,500 rubles, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of Yakutia reports.
