The authorities intend to adjust the budget for the national project "Unmanned aircraft systems". It is proposed to increase costs in 2025 and 2026 and reduce them in 2027.
The total financing of the national UAS project over three years will amount to 112.1 billion rubles. The amendment proposes to allocate 27.8 billion budget rubles in this direction in 2025, another 43.7 billion rubles in 2026 and 40.5 billion rubles in 2027.
The national project "Unmanned Aircraft Systems" includes 5 federal programs. The most expensive is the "Development, standardization and mass production of BASS and components", it is proposed to invest more than 63 billion rubles in the next 3 years.

"Stimulating the demand for BASS" will require about 19.3 billion rubles from the state budget. The financing of the federal project "Infrastructure development, security and formation of the UAS certification system" is proposed to be reduced to 8.6 billion rubles.
Funds for the Advanced Technologies for UAS program are currently at the distribution stage and the exact amount of investments is being clarified. And 300 million rubles are being invested in the project "Personnel for BASS".
Another 20.6 billion rubles are reserved in the budget of the national project for the civilian order of drones, non-commercial leasing, R&D in the field of UAS and development for the integration of drones into the common airspace, RBC reports.
